WHAT IS SUGARING?

Sugaring is a natural hair removal method using a paste instead of your traditional wax. This paste is made of just 3 simple ingredients: Sugar, water & lemon. Making it ideal for most skin types. Paste is then applied at room temperature and removed in the direction of hair growth leaving your skin smooth and hair free for up to four weeks.

With consistency and proper aftercare this can help thin & slow down hair growth, and reduce ingrowns.

Hello, I’m Clarneesha (Neesha) a North Carolina licensed esthetician servicing Charlotte and surrounding cities. I specialize in body sugaring, intimate skincare and facials.

Whether you’re seeking smooth and radiant skin through body sugaring or a relaxing facial, we make space where you can begin to refuel yourself and nurture your mind, body and soul.

My goal is to leave you feeling not only beautiful, but balanced and uplifted from the inside out.

How soon can I sugar after shaving or waxing?

We recommend waiting at least two weeks after shaving and four weeks after your last wax appointment.

For best results hair should be the length of a rice grain.

Can I sugar on my cycle?

Yes! We just ask that you use the complimentary wipe provided and change into a fresh tampon, disc or cup before your appointment.

Will this cause more ingrowns?

With consistency and proper aftercare sugaring can help decrease ingrown hairs.

How long will my first appointment take?

First session duration will vary depending on the person. We make sure to allocate enough time to make sure clients are comfortable, are having all their questions & concerns addressed and not feeling rushed.

Will it hurt?

Since hair is being removed directly from the root expect some discomfort. Your first appointment is usually the worse, but with proper aftercare and consistency the pain tends to lessen over time.

Don’t let that stop you from giving sugaring a try, we make sure to help you stay as comfortable as possible throughout your appointment.

I say that because of a few things. 1. I have always experienced ingrowns that hurt so bad and makes you feel not so confident sometimes. But every since I have been going to Neesha not only do I not get ingrowns anymore but the top notch products she uses and her technique is helping with the healing of the ingrowns scars I have had in the past. Now if thats not top notch I don’t know what is. Plus she truly cares about her clients and makes them feel at home which is so important in service. She takes her time and aims for perfection.
