Preparing for your appointment

• If you have previously been shaving you want to let your hair grow out for about two weeks, until it’s the length of a rice grain.
• Exfoliate 48 hours before your appointment. Please don’t exfoliate the day before or day of.
• Avoid lotions, creams and oils on the area receiving treatment.
• Wear loose and comfortable clothing.
• If receiving a facial sugar all retinol should be discontinued at least a week before your appointment.

After your appointment

• Do not apply any heavily scented lotions, oils etc to sugared areas.
• Avoid tight clothing, sex, exercise, sun exposure, hot tubs, saunas, and pools for 24 hours.
• Begin exfoliating and moisturizing sugared areas 48 hours after your appointment 2-3 times a week.
